We are always on the hunt for labourers and groundworkers of all capabilities.
We offer full training and will provide support to progress through nationally recognized site tickets for the right person.
PROGRSSION TOWARDS: machine driving - digger and dumper.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
CSCS TICKET
VALID UK DRIVING LICENSE

- Fit, healthy and enjoy physical work?

- Happy to work outside and get muddy
- Confident to try new skills
- Able to produce ID documents and a personal bank account for your wages?

Become a machine driver
Are you an exprienced machine op with tickets ?
We are always looking for experienced and confident machine drivers with tickets who are looking to take on our large and interesting projects...
which aren't always on dry land...
For the right person- this job will enable them to eventually take control of the groundwork side of the business and gain experience in site management.
PROGRESSION TOWARDS : SSSTS and project management
MINMUM REQUIREMENTS:
CSCS
CITB or NPORS (CITB preffered)
2/3 years driving experience minimum
FULL UK driving license
Can you:
Remain confident in your work and make decisions under pressure
Communicate well with site workers and staff from other agencies /management
Work with those less experienced than you and help them to progress - spend time to show and explain.
use your previous knowledge to contribute and support new projects
help to build working relationships with contractors and partners, maintaning regular work and contracts.
Become a dredger
fancy working on board our dredging barge?
The Severn Lady is looking for crew - from experienced crew to a new starters
we are happy to train and support the right person with all the training and tickets needed-
PROGRESSION TOWARDS: Skipper (full control of the ships wheel) tickets training and experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
VALID UK DRIVING LICENSE
CSCS ticket
1 years labouring/groundwork experience
a confident swimmer
have you got:
An ability to work under pressure with health and safety in mind
an intrest in the local docks and ports - travelling on the water
an interest in learning the shipping tech - maps and radios
the fitness levels pass a regualr medical

4- An interview will take place at the yard- you will need to provide all documents here- ( DRIVING LICENSE, CSCS, CITB, NPORS- PROOF OF PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT!)
5- successful candidates will be put on a probation period of 2 months.
6- Completion of probation will entitle you to an ongoing contract with Bullo.
